Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective/incorrect items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 20 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Please note the following:

  • White streaks will appear on all ‘full-coverage print’ t-shirts around the seams, especially around the shoulders, under the armpits, and around the collar of the shirt. This is an inevitable consequence of sublimation printing and is not regarded as a returnable defect.
  • Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
  • Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself.
  • Please Contact Us first – Contact us before returning any products. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. You may view our size chart in our store: http://allovervintage.com/size-charts/
  • Refunds are processed upon receipt & inspection of the return. A refund for shipping costs may not be granted. Please note, returns may take up to 2 weeks to process once the merchandise has been received.

We do not refund shipping costs on returns and/or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.

Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box, if possible, and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your Original Packing Slip and Return Authorization Form. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.

All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Please include the Return Authorization Form in your shipment. Returns can not be processed without this information.
